PAIRS!!

This will be our THIRD in house competition. 

Teams of 2 MM or FF or MF. 

We have created the workout with variations, allowing to make each event inclusive and an even playing field. 

There will be FOUR wods with 6 Scoring Events in total. 

 

Entry Cost = $40 per team + processing fee

This is a chance for the whole of Team KCF to get involved, with our second in house competition, what better way to show off your new skills and fitness in a competitive but friendly atmosphere at your second home 'The Bat Cave' We will be holding an M&F RX Division and an M&F Scaled Division.
