BY THE HORNS goes virtual! 

HERE WE GO! INDIVIDUAL COMPETITION REQUIRING ONLY A SINGLE DUMBBELL! 

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION (NOV 20-NOV 25) - $25
USE CODE - BYTHEHORNS
FULL PRICE REGISTRATION (NOV 25-DEC 10) - $30  

INDIVIDUAL / 2 WEEKS / 6 WORKOUTS 

You will compete across 6 workouts over 2 weeks. 

First Week - December 4th - December 10th 
Second Week - December 11th - December 17th 

Three workouts will be released on the Friday morning and you will have until the following Thursday evening to submit your score. 

In order to be eligible for prizing, you must upload videos of ALL the workouts. 

DIVISIONS
Open (RX and scaled) 
You will sign up for the Open Division. When the workouts are released, you will have the option to complete the RX or the scaled variation.

- Wall Space 
- 1x35lbs dumbbell OR 1x20lbs dumbbell for women // 1x50lbs dumbbell OR 1x35lbs dumbbell for men

Workouts 1-3 Released: Friday December 4th at 10AM EST
Submissions Due: Thursday December 10th at 8PM EST 

Workouts 4-6 Released: Friday December 11th at 10AM EST
Submissions Due: Thursday December 17th at 8PM EST
