STANDARDS

  • Be comfortable with moving a 135#/95# Barbell in any variation of a clean.
  • Be comfortable with moving a 45#/30# Kettlebell in a variety of movements including Kettlebell swings and Box Step-Ups.
  • Be comfortable with hanging on a rig and bringing your knees to a 90 degree angle.
  • Be comfortable with 35#/25# DBs for a variety of movements.

This is the competition for you if you constantly scale your workouts from what is written on the board.
