We're going virtual!

Teams of 4 | 2 Weekends | 8 Workouts

Teams of 4 will compete across 8 workouts over the weekends from November 26th to December 7th. Four workouts will be released each Thursday evening and teams will have until Monday evening to submit their scores. 

In order to be eligible for prizing winning teams must upload videos for all workouts. 

The workouts will not need to be completed together or physically with your teammates, although it might be more fun to do them together.


Open (Rx, Scaled)
This division will have two versions of workouts provided Rx and Scaled. Teams will be able to decide which workouts they would like to scale and which workouts they would like to complete as prescribed. 

Masters 40+
Teams must have a cumulative age over 160 to be eligible to compete in this division and will be able to choose to complete workouts as Masters Rx or Scaled.

  • 2 x Dumbbells Each Athlete (50/35 RX, 35/20 Scaled)
  • Wallball (20/14 RX | 14/8 Scaled)
  • Pull-Up Bar 
  • Wall space for Handstand Pushups
