BEAT The STREETS is back and we need your help to raise awareness and funds for youth in Boston. Every year we get together and this year it is crucial we continue our work. The pandemic has left many of our most vulnerable youth in Boston lagging behind in education opportunities. Our mission is to bring all youth in Boston an enriching after school program; a program that can literally change the decisions they will make as they get to college age. Your support and participation is a huge help!

This years competition will be different from years past. We will still have teams of two. But this year you can compete with your favorite swole mate: male/female, male/male, female/female but please leave your cute doggies and children home!

To adhere to CDC, state and city guidlines we will only have 5 teams competing at a time. Most events will be held outside (weather permitting) and social distancing will be adhered to. After each round of competition the gym and equipment will be sanitized and cleaned for the next group. We will have 5 teams every 2 hours and each team will get 1.5 hours to complete the following:

2000 M Row--both must complete

Max Clean (Power or Squat)--both must complete

Max Wall Balls in 3:00 + 3:00 of Max Burpees--one must complete (running clock)

150 Kettlebell Swings For Time--one must complete

Max Deadhang--both must complete

Max DBLU in a ROW--both must complete
