Barbells & Bacon is back for its 8th year running!!

This year is a little different with the RX Division going on Saturday & the Scaled Division going on Sunday


Barbells & Bacon is a team competition with 4 members on each team. Teams of 2 Guys & 2 Girls will throw down in 3 workouts throughout the day, testing each strength, stamina, & skill along with strategy & teamwork. This isn't a competition to be missed. Get your team ready!


Registration goes live Sept 18th. There are a limited amount of spots, so don't hit the snooze button & miss out.


First workout is released Sept 17th
Second workout comes out Sept 24th
Third workout comes out Oct 1st

Athlete Parking is located in front of the building, in the back half of the parking lot. (the front must be left open for the retail stores customers)

Refunds can be issued up until 2 weeks prior to the event (11/24)
