The Teen Fitness League presented by The Brand X Method 

The Teen Fitness League is a unique competition specifically designed to engage the competitive teen fitness community. This series will be ongoing and will be structured in a month to month format. Each competition will consist of 4 workouts released Wednesday at 5pm PST and due to be submitted by Monday at 5pm PST each week. This months iteration begins October 21st and will conclude on November 16th. 

This competition will feature two types of divisions: 

With equipment and No equipment

Additionally as consistent with all the previous competitions a portion of the event proceeds will go towards supporting Brand X Method Training Centers in an effort to support the great work they do everyday. 

The divisions equipment and no equipment both scaled and RX: 

Boys 10-11 

Girls 10-11 

Boys 12-13

Girls 12-13

Boys 14-15

Girls 14-15

Boys 16-18 (yes if you are 18 still on October 21st 2020 you can compete)

Girls 16-18 (yes if you are 18 still on October 21st 2020 you can compete)


**Below are a list of objective standards that should help guide you in choosing the right division to compete in. Understand that these standards aren't all encompassing but rather serve as a guidline for general capacity.
