Event description

ATTENTION: Our plan was to hold an online qualifier from May 20-26 and then a very small in-person competition June 25-27. We have decided to cancel the in-person competition due to the ongoing volatility of Covid we believe it is in the best interest of all our health and safety to keep the comp solely online this year.

the comp will be May 20-26.

The goal is to provide everyone the opportunity to still compete and have fun while taking into consideration the current events and situation.

The competition will be done in one stage this year and it will be completely virtual.

Athletes will complete a number of workouts at their local gym and submit their scores online. To be considered for a podium position athletes must submit videos of their scores.

Registration opens October 1st at 7 pm (CT) The price to participate will be $20 plus taxes and processing fees. Ten dollars from every registration fee will go back to the affiliate that the inidividual registers under.

The deadline to register will also be the deadline to submit scores, and that is yet to be determined at the moment (CT).

How many workouts will there be?

Still to be determined.

What equipment will I need?
