Girls Gone Rx Canada is proud to announce our 1st Annual event in Toronto, ON presented by Sweat Rx Magazine! Equipment provided by Hatlex Canada!

Our competitions are put on to bring all types of women together through Competing for a Cure.

What: Teams of 3 Badass Ladies:
4 Workouts + 1 Fundraising Score
Max Weights/Standards:
Where: 255 Front St W, Toronto, ON, inside the Toronto Pro Supershow
When: Sunday, May 28th, 2017

$30 from every team registered is donated to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation

In addition to some amazing prizes for the top teams, EVERY team will get an awesome swag bag! Swag bag include tons of samples, freebies, coupon codes, gift certs, and more!

We do not do refunds for our events, but will happily accept team exchanges if you can find someone to take your team spot.

Athletes will have access to the Toronto Pro Supershow tradeshow floor, with registration, however, spectators will have to purchase tickets to the Toronto Pro Supershow in order to have access to watch the competition. Tickets can be purchased onsite or here:

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

10 minutes total for the team to establish a max barbell complex for each athlete: 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean Score = Sum of all 3 athletes successful 1RM complexes

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

2A: AMRAP in 12 Minutes 25 Power Cleans** 25 KB Swings 25 Shoulder to overhead** ** Team will choose weight for barbell

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

2B: During the same AMRAP in 12 Minutes Assault Bike for Calories

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

2C: Load moved during 2A (Reps Power Cleans + Reps Shoulder to Overhead) x barbell weight

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

For Time (10 min cap): 15 Synchronized Burpees Over Barbell 15 Synchronized Deadlifts 75lbs 15 Synchronized Pullups 12 Synchronized Burpees Over Barbell 12 Synchronized Thrusters 75lbs 12 Synchronized Pull Ups 9 Synchronized Burpees Over Barbell 9 Synchronized Overhead Squats 75lbs 9 Synchronized Pull Ups With remaining time: Max rep Toes to Bar ** Each TTB will be 1 second subtracted from the team 15-12-9 recorded score
