The Online Proving Ground
6 events and challenges over 3 days, Regionals style.
Events will be published over 3 days and you will have a 24 hour window to perform each published set of events.
Each set of events will be published the day before at 5pm ET over the weekend of the 2nd to 4th of October 2020.
Friday's workouts will be published on the Thursday, Saturday's workouts on the Friday and Sunday's workouts on the Saturday.
