MASTERS LEAGUE VICTORIA HOME GAMES

Age Groups: 16-34, 35-49, 50+

The Masters League VIC Home Games is an online competition for everyone who loves fitness and a little bit of friendly competition.

Every workout can be done at home. Stay home, stay safe, stay healthy!

Registration is open until THURSDAY, July 30th 2020, 11:59 p.m. AEDT

 

Week 1:

WOD 1 will be released on Friday, July 24th 2020 at 12:00 p.m. AEST

WOD 2 will be released on Monday, July 27th 2020 at 12:00 p.m. AEST

Score submission deadline for all two workouts (WOD 1,2) is Thursday, July 30th 2020, 10:00 p.m. AEDT

 

Week 2:

WOD 3  will be released on Friday, July 31st 2020 at 12:00 p.m. AEST

WOD 4 will be released on Monday, August 3rd 2020 at 12:00 p.m. AEST

Score submission deadline for all two workouts (WOD 3,4) is Thursday, August 6th 2020, 10:00 p.m. AEDT

 

Week 3:

WOD 5 will be released on Friday, August 7th 2020 at 12:00 p.m. AEST

WOD 6 will be released on Monday, August 10th 2020 at 12:00 p.m. AEST

Score submission deadline for all two workouts (WOD 5,6) is Thursday, August 13th 2020, 10:00 p.m. AEDT

 

Week 4:

WOD 7 will be released on Friday, August 14th 2020 at 12:00 p.m. AEST

WOD 8 will be released on Monday, August 17th 2020 at 12:00 p.m. AEST

Score submission deadline for all two workouts (WOD 7,8) is Thursday, August 20th 2020, 10:00 p.m. AEDT
