Qualifier (virtual): July 22nd - August 4th
Finals (virtual): August 29th
Cost: $50 Per Team

Divisions:
The Essentials (Limited Equipment): Scaled and RX
you have access to limited equipment
The Works (Full Equipment): Scaled and RX
you have access to full gym equipment

How it Works
Our virtual competition series starts with a 2 week Online Qualifier from July 22nd - August 4th. It will consist of 3 workouts for Week 1 and 3 workouts for Week 2. At the completion of the Online Qualifier, we will take a 3 week break where our team will finalize the standings and go over videos and you will have time to train up some weaknesses. We will hold the Iron Belle Virtual Finals on Saturday, August 29th where you will complete 3 more workouts. Where you were ranked coming out of the Online Qualifier will be the number of points you start off with on Saturday. So if your team finished 23rd in the Online Qualifier, you will start the Iron Belle Finals with 23 points.

We will have 2 Divisions:

THE ESSENTIALS (limited equipment): RX or SCALED DIVISION
THE WORKS (access to full gym equipement): RX or SCALED DIVISION


THE ESSENTIALS DIVISION:

You will need a jump rope and 1 Dumbbell and this will include bodyweight movements as well.

RX Division: You will need 1 35# Dumbbell and a jump rope to compete in this division. You should be able to perform Double Unders and all overhead movements with the dumbbell.

Scaled Division: You will need 1 20# Dumbbell and a jump rope to compete in this division. You should be able to perform Single Unders, Hand Release Push Ups, and all overhead movements with the dumbbell.


THE WORKS DIVISION:

You will need a barbell and bumpers, a jump rope, pull up bar, rower, and 1 Dumbbell.

RX Division: You will need specifically 1 35# Dumbbell, 1 barbell and bumpers to 125# to compete in this division. You should be able to perform Double Unders, Pull Ups, and be able to Snatch and Clean and Jerk 95#

Scaled Division: You will need specifically 1 20# Dumbbell, 1 barbell and bumpers to 75# to compete in this division. You should be able to perform Single Unders, Hand Release Push Ups, Jumping Pull Ups, and be able to Snatch and Clean and Jerk 45#.

Qualifier Events Released:

Week 1 Events: Wednesday, July 22nd @ 7PM CT

Week 2 Events: Wednesday, July 29th @ 7PM CT

Qualifier Events Scores Must be Submitted by:

Week 1 Events: Tuesday, July 28th @ 8PM CT

Week 2 Events: Tuesday, August 4th @ 8PM CT

Submission Rules

Competitors are allowed to complete the workouts as many times as desired, but only one submission is allowed. All submissions must be received by 8:00PM CT on the designated day. No late entries will be accepted.

For an entry to be valid, all workouts must be recorded. If you qualify we will request one of your videos to be submitted. We suggest using the WodProof App to record your workout.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Integrity: the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. "he/she is known to be a man/woman of integrity"

All participants will be required to sign a code of conduct in order to compete in the Virtual Workout Series. Integrity is expected.
