What is THE FOUNDATIONS: By Ten Thousand? 

THE FOUNDATIONS is your home for competition within the CrossFit community. Never before has there been an opportunity for athletes of all skill levels and from all across the country to compete in benchmark WODs and see how they stack up against their peers. THE FOUNDATIONS feature popular benchmark and hero WODs and curate live-updating leaderboards of scores submitted by every athlete in our community.

THE FOUNDATIONS is free to enter and available to all members of the functional fitness community. 


For Time: 
100 Pull-Ups
100 Push-Ups
100 Sit-Ups
100 Air Squats

  • Complete all reps of each exercise in the order written before moving to the next.
  • Score is the time it takes to complete all 400 repetitions.
