We're back at it again! The 2nd Annual Shakas & Snatches Partner Competition to celebrate our 3rd Anniversary!

***Registrations after March 5th do not guarantee event shirts.
***Event is non-refundable. If both athletes drop, you must find a replacement team. If one athlete drops, you can sub the athlete up until the day of the competition.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

RX: 30 Partner Burpee Wall Balls 30 Synchronized Pull Ups 20 Partner Burpee Wall Balls 20 Synchronized C2B 10 Partner Burpee Wall Balls 10 Bar Muscle Ups (Not Synchronized) Scale/Masters: Pull Up, Pull Up, C2B *1 sec. penalty for every rep not finished. Ex. 10 C2B eft to complete (10 reps) Score = 08:10 **Scaled/Master: If team cannot perform syncro pull ups (C2B excluded), snycro jumping pull ups with a 2 sec. penalty for each rep. Ex. 50 Jump PU = +100 sec on score.

Run 600m with your Partner. One plate per team, switch/carry however you like RX, Scale, Master Male 45lb, Female 25lb If plate touches the ground, 3 immediate syncro burpee

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

6 minutes to find Max Hang Snatch for two people Unlimited attempts. Score single best lift for combined weight of both athletes.

90 Seconds RX: Max Strict HSPU Scale/Master: Max Kipping HSPU -90 second rest, immediately into WOD 6

14 Minute Cap: RX: 35 Cal Row 12 Clean & Jerks (165/115) 35 Cal Row 12 Clean & Jerks (205/135) 35 Cal Row 12 Clean & Jerks (225/155) Scale/Master M: 135/165/205 Scale/Master F: 95/115/135 Score: Time Completed, one-second penalty for every rep left to complete ex. 12 clean and jerks left to complete = 14:12
