Event description

Please note the following:


- Workouts to be published Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday (first workout 23rd may).

- Each workout will have a 5 day score submission deadline. 10% penalty will be applied for late submission.

- You must record your workouts and send them either to me directly or in the chat. Feel free to edit your videos to speed them up to send on messenger however I want the full video sent via google drive so I can make sure everyone is doing it properly.

- Scaled movements will be available for the players that are only starting now. Up to you which version you choose. 

- Not doing the movements properly (which gives you an advantage over the rest) will result in a penalty unless you redo the workout.
