At home fitness competition! No equipment needed, all abilities accomodated.
a 4 week online compeititon with 2 events released each week.
Workouts to be released on the Monday of each week at 10:00am. Scores to be submitted by the Saturday of the same week by 20:00pm.
As many attempts at the workout is allowed provided you submit a score by the deadline.
Prizes to be won throughout the competition.
