CrossFit BECC's Set your own pace Marathon!

You will have 15 days to complete 42kms, run as much or as little as you like each time you go out for a run.  Update your distances as you go.  

MANDATORY UPDATES ARE ON: WEDNESDAYS AND SATURDAYS! (however feel free to go in and keep us all up to date on your distance accumulated so far)
