TEAM, LET'S #STAYMOTIVATED TOGETHER!
GRAB A PARTNER, AN ICECOLD NOCCO AND GET READY FOR THE 6 TEAM WORKOUTS OVER 2 WEEKS.
YOU DON'T NECESSARILY HAVE TO MEET, SINCE EVERY WORKOUT CAN BE DONE ALONE AND SHOULD BE DONE SOCIALLY DISTANCED. HOWEVER, WE RECOMMEND DOING THE WORKOUTS TOGETHER WITH YOUR PARTNER OVER A VIDEO CHAT TO HAVE MORE OF A "TEAM WORKOUT FEELING". (BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO)
NO EQUIPMENT, VIDEO OR JUDGE REQUIREMENTS. JUST RESPECT THE MOVEMENT STANDARDS AND BE HONEST TO YOURSELF + THE COMMUNITY!
