WOD League announces its 2nd Online Challenge beginning May 1st. This time we will include Kettlebell & Bodyweight movements!

For just US$5* (Five Dollars) compete in weekly workouts (6 workouts total) from May 1st through June 8th for a chance to win prizes from our Sponsors each week**

**Sorry but if you are outside the United States we are currently unable to ship prizes to you. You are still very welcome to participate and challenge yourself.

Here is what you will need to participate:

  • Women's Scaled: 12kg or 26lbs Kettlebell
  • Men's Scaled: 16kg or 35lbs Kettlebell
  • Women's Rx: 16kg or 35lbs Kettlebell
  • Men's Rx: 24kg or 53lbs Kettlebell
  • Women's Master (40+): 16kg or 35lbs Kettlebell
  • Men's Master (40+): 24kg or 35lbs Kettlebell

In addition to Kettlebell exercises you can expect the following Bodyweight exercises:

Video submission will be required this time for ALL DIVISIONS. You must upload your video to YouTube in order to share it when submitting your scores.
