Onsite Competition for Individuals

Event description

We're excited to bring you an all new Overdose format this year. After compiling some feedback and talking to people in our community we've revamped the event to to be an open-prep focused competition for Rx and Rx+ individuals. The workouts will be a mix of new as well as adaptations of classic workouts that will be structured around testing the athlete in a fun filled day of competition.

Due to the nature of planning required for this event there will not be any refunds available.

Substitution Policy
As such substitutions are allowed up until one (1) week before the event.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

3 x 40' Walking Lunge for cumulative load

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of: 5 Shoulder-to-Overhead 115/75 10 Deadlifts 115/75 15 Box Jumps 24/20

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Three attempts for Max Weight of: Snatch Grip Deadlift + Snatch + Overhead Squat + Squat Snatch

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

50 Calorie Row 5 Rope Climbs 50 Wallballs 20/14 25 Pullups 50 Pistols 15 Muscle Ups

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

As many reps as possible in 5 minutes of: 20 Lateral Double Unders 10 Handstand Pushups
