Have you been struggling with motivation to MOVE that body? Cooped up at home finding all the excuses why you can’t work out? Wondering how you can be giving back to our community at a time like this?

Well, do we have a challenge for you! 

STEPS is putting together a 5 day, 5 workout challenge starting on Monday April 27. This challenge is for ALL skills levels and requires NO equipment! There will be ZOOM classes hosted by our coaches to help you out. 

There is a $10 entry fee, will all funds going to benefit Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation.

There will be sweat. There will be prizes. There will be fun.
