Event description

The 2020 Trinity Combine events:

June 1-7: 

#1 - Max Burpees in 3 minutes (total reps)

#2 - Max Elbow Plank (total time)

#3 - For time: 1 mile run (no treadmills)

#4 - Max Standing Broad Jump (inches)

#5 - 10 min AMRAP*: 5-10-15 of Push ups, Sit ups, Air Squats

*AMRAP - accumulate As Many Reps As Possible of the workout sequence in the allotted time.  Count your rounds and reps as you go, or have someone count for you.


June 8-15:

#6 - For time: 100 yard Burpee Broad Jump

#7 - Max Jumping Air Squats in 3 minutes (total reps)

#8 - For time: Shuttle run of 5-10-15-20-25 (yards) - see note

#9 - For time: 100 sit ups, but stop for 5 push ups, EMOM (every minute on the minute)

#10 - “Mzee” - 15 minute AMRAP of:

21 mountain climbers
35 alternating lunges
82 bicycle kicks
In honor of TCM’s first Program Director, Leonard “Mzee” Tate.  The address of TCM is 21 Bell Street. There are 35 beds in the program, which was founded in 1982.
