Equipment required: (1) dumbbell OR kettlebell + jump rope

RX Weight: 35/55#

Scaled Weight: 20/35#

Week One, two workouts will be announced - 20.1 AND 20.4 (the floater). Submit your score for 20.1 by the following Friday. The score for 20.4 will be due the FINAL Friday of the competition. 

Competition division winners will receive a prize packaged from our sponsors mailed to their homes.

 

While most of the world is stuck at home, we are finding new ways to connect and even compete. Enter: MoxieMania @ Home. 3 weeks of friendly competition, open to everyone in the world, transcending time and distance, to focus on fitness and health in this time of crisis. While this competition is 100% FREE, we are encouraging participants to donate, if they can, to further the research and work Johns Hopkins University is doing in response to the current COVID-19 crisis.
