Onsite Competition for Individuals

Event description

This is a Junior's Competition for athletes 5-18 years old. We will have non competitive divisions for 5-8, and 9-12 year olds and competitive divisions for 13-14, 15,16 and 17-18.

Non competitive athletes will participate in their events during the morning session and competitive athletes will compete in the afternoon session.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

700 to establish a 1 rep max clean + front squat complex

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

5 box jump up-and-over 5 push press 15 cal. row 10 box jump up-and-over 10 push press 15 cal. row 15 box jump up-and-over 15 push press 15 cal. row ...continue with this pattern as long as possible

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

4 rounds for time: 10 toes-to-bar 15 squats 20 double-unders
