Back for its 6th year, the Rogue Rampage event will once again take place in Monmouth, Oregon at a variety of locations.  Last year saw the introduction of SWIMMING for the first time ever in a Northwest Fitness Games event!  We've reserved the pool again this year, along with MULTIPLE other venues in the city of Monmouth and the campus of Western Oregon University.  What do Andy and Dave have in store for you gotta sign up to find out!  :)

The Rogue Rampage event will include multiple formats and divisions for 2020:

Masters (combined age for MMFF of 160 years old; combined age for MF of 80 years old)

Scaled (Intermediate)

Novice (Beginner)

Teen (Ages 13-15)

Pre-Teen (Ages 10-12)

***Refund Policy***

Due to the expenses that Northwest Fitness Games incurs along the way to planning and holding a competition, we cannot offer refunds to our competitors.  Some examples of these expenses include venue rental, insurance purchased, graphic design work, equipment purchase, and application fees (for shutting down streets, for example).  What we DO allow is to forward your registration to another future NWFG competition should you not be able to compete in Rogue Rampage.  Simply put, your money is good indefinitely.***

***Substitute Policy***

You may substitute another participant onto your team up until the day of competition without penalty.  The substituting athlete should be of similar fitness/ability (or lesser), but this is an "on-your-honor system."  If an athlete must be substituted after the event begins (due to injury or illness), the team may continue to participate but they must be ranked at the bottom of their respective division.  No exceptions to this will be made.

***Alcohol Policy***

Rogue Brewery will be on-site in the Main Street Park to provide beer starting at 11 AM.  Beer may be responsibly consumed in FireHouse CrossFit.  NO ALCOHOL may be consumed, or present, on the campus of Western Oregon University.  Failure to abide by this will result in disqualification of your team.

***Parking Information***

Please park in the parking lot adjacent to FireHouse CrossFit.  More information will be provided at a future date.

Pets are allowed in the Main Street Park and within FireHouse CrossFit.  Pets MAY be allowed on the grounds of Western Oregon University, but not within the swimming pool building.
