Event description

Who?

Anyone! Registration is completely free and all of the workouts will be body weight workouts so anyone can register! You can register as an individual or as a team of 4! Scores for the team of four will be each individual score on the team summed together - no workouts will require teams to complete the workouts together.

What? 

The QOTD (Quarantined Online Throw Down) is a friendly online competition that will consist of 4 workouts/week for two weeks. 

Results will be tracked for each workout, each week, and overall for men and women. Prizes from our sponsors will be awarded throughout the course of the throw down for individuals in the top 3 for men and the women as well as several randomly selected individuals. Scores will be recorded on the honors system. Keep track of each others performance by following and tagging #MooseFit and #QOTD

Workouts will be released as follows:

Week 1:

Tuesday, March 24 - 8:00pm

Wednesday, March 25 - 8:00pm

Thursday, March 26 - 8:00pm

Friday, March 27 - 8:00pm

Week 2:

Tuesday, March 31 - 8:00pm

Wednesday, April 1 - 8:00pm

Thursday, April 2 - 8:00pm

Friday, April 3 - 8:00pm

The workouts can be performed either at home, or outside (some workouts may require running)
