Its time again!! Get your same gender teams of two together for our annual charity event. As always, we will be raising funds to support Battlegound Inc. 

Intermediate (no pull ups- no problem, no TTB- no problem)
Masters (over 38)

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

Run 5k for time. Both team mates scores will be added for final time and score

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Each athlete will have 1 minute to complete Clean and Jerk. Weight Increases by 10lbs per minute- If athletes can make Clean but can not complete Jerk, the athlete can continue to move up the ladder only performing Clean, however will no longer accrue points for Jerk. Two ladders will be available L1 and L2- Athletes can choose which ladder to start at. 10am-Womens L1 65lbs-165lbs TBD:Womans L2 115lbs-215lbs 10:50am-Mens L1 135lbs-235lbs TBD-Mens L2 215lbs-315lbs If an athlete chooses L1 and makes it through athlete can choose to start on L2 ladder. Please be aware that there will be a wait time between L1 and L2 ladders. Score will be teams combined total (max) weight
