FANTASTIC FOUR co-ed  Functional Fitness/ CF Team Competition

When: Saturday, January 28th. 2PM-7PM

FANTASTIC FOUR is a 4-person, co-ed (2 Men and 2 Women), functional fitness team competition for athletes of all skill levels. Test your fitness, strength, and skills in GRID style under the Stadium Lights!

Whether your are new to CF, or a veteran ter, this event is for YOU!  Don't miss your chance to compete in this Epic team event!  Grab 3 friends and build your power team. Register early, this event will sell out fast.

3 DIVISIONS:  Teams consist of 4 persons - Advanced/Intermediate (2 men and 2 women). FUN division any gender combination (4 person team)

TO REGISTER:

One person registers and pays for the team (team captain). Have team members' names, emails, shirt sizes, birthdates, etc. available when registering.

In teams of 4, complete for time 50 yard sprint 50 yard sprint with worm 20 worm clean and jerks 25 synchronized burpee over worm 30 synchronized worm squats 50 yard worm sprint Event Description: On 3-2-1..Go, entire team will sprint 50 yards to pick up worm, then run 50 yards with worm to 1st grid. Team will then perform 20 worm C+J. Worm must move from ground to should to opposite shoulder to ground for repetition to count. Once 20 worm C+J are completed, team will perform synchronized burpees over the worm. Team must hit chest to deck simultaneously prior to jumping over worm, for repetition to count. Team does not have to jump over worm simultaneously. After the competition of 25 synchronized worm burpees, team will perform 30 synchronized worm squats. All team members must hit the bottom of the squat, hip crease past parallel of knee crease, and top of air squat, in full extension, for repetition to count. Once worm team squat is completed, team will sprint to finish line with worm. Time will stop once final team member crosses finish line. Weight of worm to be revealed on day of event. Be prepared for the unknown.
