Forge Fitness presents The Affiliate Showcase!  This event, held at the FitExpo, remains a popular and exciting competition. Everyone competing in the Affiliate Showcase will be an inspiration and shining light to over 50,000 FitExpo attendees. Come out and be part of this great event and positively influence so many people.

Teams of 2 same gender


To ensure the event runs smoothly, we must have an adequate number of judges. Each affiliate with a registered team is to supply one judge for Saturday or Sunday.

1/2/16 - All changes must be made by this date. ie. substitutions, division changes, etc.

5 Min Total for Team to Perform the Following: 

Establish 1RM Ground to Overhead for 1 Athlete

Establish 1RM Snatch (any style from ground) for 1 Athlete


Start at Rig, wheelbarrow to weights. 

One athlete must establish a max Ground to Overhead

One athlete must establish any style Snatch (from the ground) 

One athlete working at a time. 


All lifts must be completed before the 5 minutes is up.  

Score is total combined weight. 


Begins 1 minute after WOD #1 is Completed

6min Cap

50 TTB (25 Knee Raises for Scaled) 

50 Buddy Over Burpees

200 Double Unders (200 Singles for Scaled) 

Reps can be split however teams wish, only one athlete may work at a time.  


7 min AMRAP

30 Thrusters (95/65) 

30 Pull-Ups 

20 Thrusters (95/65)

20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (Pull-Ups for Scaled) 

10 Thrusters (95/65) 

10 Bar Muscle-Ups (Pull-Ups for Scaled) 

Reps can be split however you wish, only one athlete may work at at time.  


For Time 

50 Deadlifts (135/95) (95/65 for Scaled) 

100 Wall Balls (30/20) (10') (20/14, 10' for Scaled) 

50 Power Cleans (135/95) (95/65 for Scaled)

100 Box Jump Overs (24") (20" for Scaled) 

50 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95) (95/65 for Scaled)

Only 1 athlete working at a time, teams split the reps however you wish.
