CrossFit Steinbach Spring Throwdown

Event description

Join us for a fun in-house competition open to ALL CrossFit Steinbach members!

This is a 1 day competition done in same-sex teams of two. All skill levels are encouraged to sign up, as each event will have a scaled option.

All events will take place at CrossFit Steinbach or surrounding areas. Check-in and heat times are TBA.

The competition will be followed by a BBQ to kick-off the start of summer!
