Event description

High Performance Strength & Conditioning (Home of CrossFit Chatsworth) is having its first Breast Cancer Awareness competition.

This is a 2 person co-ed team (1 male/ 1 female) event. There will be two divisions RX & Scaled.

The RX division should be able to perform the following movements:
Double Unders
Pull-ups
Toe to bar
Be able to lift 135lbs for men/95lbs for women comfortably.

The scaled division will be scaled accordingly for weightlifting/gymnastic movements.

There will be 2 total competition workouts with 3rd workout for the top 4 teams as a final throwdown. The first two workouts will be announced prior to the event. The third event will be announced the day of competition.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better | Tiebreaker: Tiebreaker will be the time finished the total meters.

Athletes have an 8 min time cap to establish 2400m on the rower. Each athlete has to row at least once.

RX 10 Min AMREP 100 Wall Balls 20/14 50 TTB 100 Burpees Over the Erg (Rower) Scaled 10 Min AMREP 100 Wall Balls 15/10 50 Weighted Sit-ups 15/10 100 Burpees Over the Erg (Rower) During Part B the males will use the 20lb (15lbs scaled) wall ball while the females will use the 15lb (10lbs scaled) wall ball. You can break up the reps however you desire. Once you are done keep going until the time stops.

Score will be the combination of total weight lifted by both partners in 2 minutes. There will be two lanes one for the male athlete and one for the female athlete.
