Join Overton as we host our 2nd annual Community Memorial Day Murph on Saturday, May 25th, 2019.
MURPH
1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
We will set up a MONSTER rig in the Overton parking lot!
Help us honor those that have made the ultimate sacrifice this Memorial Day.
Cost will be $25 + processing fee. You will receive a MURPH TSHIRT.
-You will be able, and are encouraged to sign-up online! -There will be only a select number of spots.
-Day of Registration Arrive 20-30 minutes early!
-Starts MAY 25th @ 7:30 am
-Partition the Movements as needed and scaling options for all fitness levels will be available!
