Event description

Our 4th annual competition that gives athletes an experience like competing at the CrossFit Games. We pride ourselves on always running on time and only our coaching staff and most experienced members will be judges. 

1 Day

2 Venues: Cottonmill Park, Kearney CrossFit inside & on our back field

Athlete, judge & volunteer party Saturday night

Teams of 2: M/M & F/F 

Divisions: Scaled, Intermediate, RX, Masters 40-49 & 50+

$2,000 minimum cash payout to RX Divisions*

*This may change based upon losing sponsors to Covid-19. We will pay cash, but not sure how much. 

Prize packages for all divisions

As an athlete you can expect to be tested in all areas of fitness:

Bike, Row, Run (short and far)

Olympic Lift (light, medium, heavy)

Traditional Power Lifts (light, medium, heavy)

Odd Object

Gymnastics

Classic CrossFit

Lots of parking and room for tents to be set up adjacent to our gym and front row view of our back field.
