Onsite Competition for Teams

Event description

This will be our 10th competition here at the Healthplex and we hope you can come be a part of the fun! Like always, this is meant to bring CrossFitters from around the area together for a fun day of competition, while allowing everyone to escape the normal stresses of competition. 

Workouts: A new workout will be released every Monday leading up to the week of the event, starting on February 17th. 

Movement Standards: These can be found on the registration page when you click on the category you will be signing up for. If you are unsure if you will be able to complete the standards, feel free to get in contact with us and we will give you some more clarification as to what you will have to do so you can better decide to participate or not.

Judging: Like our other Competitions, as competitors, we may ask you to help with judging. Dont worry, this is for fun and you dont have to be the best judge in the world. We just want the event to be as fair as we can make it. If you absolutely have a problem with this, then you can simply say no and we will still love you... maybe just not as much.

Cost: We will be charging $10 per team this go around for a number of reasons. We feel it will make people stay more commited to signing up and showing up, and cover some nominal expenses that are usually associated with hosting the competitions. Considering most Team Competitions charge around $125-150 per team, and people will pay money to participate in other events such as 5ks, mudruns etc, we believe this is a very fair price to have some fun with some fun people. 

Items to Bring: Feel free to bring food and snacks, etc. Drinks are available at the front desk for those who dont want to bring an ice chest. However the Deli area will be closed. You may bring chairs, however space inside will be limited and with the competition moving as quickly as they normally do, you wont really have to worry about setting up a campsite and hanging out between events.
