Date: Saturday, November 5th, 8:00am-2:00pm

Get ready to Rumble! A Coed 4 person team (2guys, 2girls) competition just outside downtown Dallas with RX and Scaled divisions that will test your fitness and teamwork. 

WOD1-AMRAP in 12min
One team member working at a time:
9 Squat Cleans
9 Burpee Box Jumps
12 Squat Cleans
12 Burpee Box Jumps
15 Squat Cleans
15 Burpee Box Jumps

RX- 135/95 and 24"/20"
Scaled- 105/65 and 24"/20"

WOD2-
With a rolling clock:
0:00-8:00
All four team members find a max OHS
8:01-16:00
All four team members find a max Bench Press
Team totals for the OHS will be one total and team totals for the bench press will be the other

There are no refunds, however, can substitute athletes if needed, please notify organizer. All athletes that register by 10/20 will receive a shirt.

Choose team captain to register with shirt sizes and pays for the team. We are capping each division to 10 teams, so don't miss out! To be guaranteed a shirt, must register before 10/20.
