Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Event 1 - 9:00 AMRAP 30 C2B 30 Front Squat 70/50kg Can only perform c2b while 1 athlete is at front rack Can only perform front squat while 1 athlete is at dead hang

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Event 2 - 9 min time cap. (3min pr athlete) Max “DT” Weight staring on RX weight Each athlete must establish a “heaviest weight lifted” in the DT complex (12 Deadlift, 9 Hang Power Clean, 6 Sh to Oh)

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Tiebreaker: Completed Reps (If Time Capped)

Event 3 - For Time Swim  3 x 200m Shuttles (rund/swim) 100 T2b  3 x 200m Shuttles (run/swim) EACH ATHLETE WILL DO ONE SHUTTLE EACH BEFORE ADVANCING TO NEXT MOVEMENT. THE TEAM CAN DO T2B TOGETHER. Time cap: 15 min

Event 4 - Cluster Ladder      1:00 Stations: 1 rep/athlete @ M70-120kg F-40-90 Max Reps @ last station for (tie break)

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Tiebreaker: Completed Reps (If Time Capped)

Event 5 - “Baddu" 30 Hang Power Snatch 40/60kg 30 Cals Row P1 30 Cals Row P2 30 Cals Row P3 30 Hang Power Snatch 40/60kg TC: 12 min

Event 6 - 3 rounds Sprint and Swim 200 m shuttle (run/swim) 21 KB Thruster (Heavy 24/16kg) 15 Hand Release Burpee to Plate 9 Bar MU Each athlete completes one round each TC: 25 min
