Onsite Competition for Teams

Event description

Teams of 4: Each team is comprised of 2 Men and 2 Women, any age.

Team Captain: If you are registering your team on Competition Corner, you are the Team Captain. If this is your fist time using Competition Corner you must create an account, and will receive a confirmation email from Competition Corner within 24 hours once your account has been created. When you confirm you account, you will have the ability to register your team.

The Team Captain needs the following information form each teammate to register,

  • Every teammates email address
  • Every teammates Date of Birth
  • Every teammates t-shirt size
  • Every teammates CF Box (if none, list independent)

Refund Policy: All sales are final, there will be no refunds given for Team Summer Splash 2020.

Substitution Policy: Your registration on Competition Corner holds your team spot at Team Summer Splash 2020. You may swap team members in/out before check-in. However, once you have checked-in, you must finish the competition with whom you started.

Workout Release Information: 

All workouts will be released the week before Team Summer Splash 2020 (May 11th - May 14th). There will be 3 guaranteed workouts for all teams. The top 3 teams in each division will have a 4th and final event that will be released Friday May 15th.

Team Division Standards

The following writeup is a list of divisional standards to help athletes decide what Division to choose for the 2020 Team Summer Splash Competition. Please be aware that these movement standards are just used to help athletes choose a division. There is no guarantee that these weights and movements will be exactly how the event will be programmed.

RX Team

Athletes competing in the Rx Division should be able to complete most “Girl Workouts” as “Rx”, and all members of the team have the ability to complete the following movements/weights in a workout setting. Note these are not 1 Rep Max numbers, but skills/weights associated with the athlete repeating them in a workout.

- C2B Pull Ups and Toes to Bar

- Thrusters and Overhead Squats at 115/75

- Deadlifts at 225/155

- Clean and Jerks at 155/105

- Box Jumps 24/20”

- Rope Climbs

- Double Unders


Scaled Team

Athletes competing in the Scaled Division should have 1-2 members of the team with the ability to complete the following movements/weights in a workout setting. Note these are not 1 Rep Max numbers, but skills/weights associated with the athlete repeating them in a workout.

- Pullups

- Thrusters and Overhead Squats at 95/65

- Deadlifts at 205/135

- Clean and Jerks at 135/95

- Box Jumps 24/20”

- Rope Climbs

- Double Unders or Single Unders
