*Due to COVID-19 and recent orders by the LA County Dept of Health we have to postpone the BridgeTown ThrowDown. Athletes: Please check your e-mail in regards to event postponement. When the date has been set we will e-mail all athletes.

An Individual CrossFit Competition

When: Saturday, March 28th, 2020. 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Where: La Puente CrossFit, 151 South Hacienda Blvd, Unit A,. City of Industry, CA 91745

Parking: Located in the front of our gym. The back lot will be reserved for vendors and gym easy-ups.

Day of Event: Athlete check-in will begin at 6:45 AM, Athlete briefing at 7:30AM.

Events: We will have 4 WODs. WODs will be released leading up to the event. Heat times will be released the week of the event, after the registration period closes.
