Date: Saturday December 3rd, 2016

Location: CrossFit Moncton

Format: Pairs (teams of two)

4 WODs in 4 HOURs!!

All Male (Amateur, RX)  8am - 12noon

All Female (Amateur, RX ) 1pm - 5 pm

Divisions: 4 (Self Determined Upon Registration)

Number of Events: 4 (All teams!)

Registration fee: (includes Reebok ABS T-Shirt)

Amateur: 
  • Early Bird - Registration: $161 + HST(October 7th - November 18th) 
  • Regular - Registration: $196 + HST (November 19th - December 1st) 
RX (Semi-Pro): 
  • Early Bird - Registration $181 + HST(October 7th - November 18th)
  • Regular Registration $216 + HST (November 18th - December 1st)   
Prizes for Each Division:

• 1st: Gold Medal, ((RX)  $250), SWAG
• 2nd: Silver Medal, SWAG
• 3rd: Bronze Medal, SWAG

TOP 3 pairs in the RX (Semi-Pro) Divisions receive an invite to the ABS Finals, August 2017, to compete for the $5,000 Grand Prize.

Registration opens October 7th, 2016 and closes on December  1st, 2016 or once all divisions are at capacity. Please note that competition t's are only guaranteed to those participants who register by December 1st, 2016. Refunds will not be offered. However, a transfer option will be available for competitors if they are unable to compete. The transfer option must be exercised no later than December 1st, 2016. Please notify WE Lift Athletics of all changes via email: weliftathletics@gmail.com. Also note that parent or guardian signatures will be required for all participants under the age of 18.

Amateur & RX (Semi-Pro) : As a team Find a 3 RM OHS from the ground Athletes must complete 30 DUBs before each attempt
