We are super excited to bring you what will hopefully be the first of many, Flatbush Fittest!

This is something we've wanted to do for a long time now and were able to finally put this together for all of you. With a few vendors, we will have everything to keep you enjoying the day!

There are many reasons to come - from competing in our well rounded events that will test your fitness, and coming to support your friends, you are sure to have a great day.

And if you have a really good day, you will compete in our final event!

There is only 1 division for this event. Workouts were created with everyone in mind!

If you can  Russian swing a 53/35 pound kettlebell and snatch / press a 35/20 pound dumbbell overhead than this event is PERFECT for you!

Other movements you will need to do include:

Hanging Knee Raises, Box Jump or Step Up, Burpees, Rowing Squatting, Russian KBS (53/35), DB Exercises (35/20).
