The *Super* Online Qualifier consists of multiple scored workouts, 1 being release every 2 weeks for 6 weeks. These tests are based on the 6 tests of the International Functional Fitness Federation

Age Categories:
30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+
MastersHQ Online:
Runs for 6 weeks. Every 2 weeks there will be a workout release. Workout releases will include more than one part…resulting in more than 1 score per release. There will be a total of 6 scores at the completion of the 6 weeks.
Workouts:
Workouts will be released onto our website and Facebook page. These will include weight requirements for each age/division and links to demonstrations of workout standards as well as printable score sheets.
Participants:
All participants have 2 weeks to complete the workouts and submit their score via Competition corner. Scores must be submitted no later than 10am on submission day for scores to count.
Athletes:
All parts of the workouts must be competed on the same day. This is an honesty system so we ask that you follow the rules to be fair to fellow athletes and the MHQ system. If you are found to have breached the rules, you will automatically be disqualified from the competition.
Wildcard:
Any athlete that qualifies for the 2020 CFG Age group qualifier is not required to complete the MastersHQ Online qualifier.
Athlete will be required to email final standings from the CFG open to admin@mastershq.com.au by March 4th 2020
TOP QUALIFYING ATHLETES MAY BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT VIDEOS

Age:
To be eligible to enter this comp, athletes must be 30 years or above on 31st December 2020. Your age category is also based on your age on Sat 31st December 2020
Leaderboard:
Each individual athlete will be able to track their ranking on our live MHQ leaderboard also found on our website.
