Event description
Born out of serendipity and fueled by passion and love for CrossFit, Romanian Championship is here committed to offer the best experience for its athletes. With 450 athletes in the on-site finals, the event is looking to be just awesome! You'll have a blast looking at all that going on in the competition, and more than enough to discover around the competition floor. We offer you activities, masterclasses, a spectator gym and a Vendor Village, a real fitness festival. Romanian Championship is open for anyone and consists of an online qualifier at gyms throughout the world and a final on-site event in the Timisoara (Romania)
Registration for the online qualifiers will open on 20th of November 2019.

WHEN?
The online Qualifier will be held from the 15th of February till the 29th of February 2020
WHO?
The best of eight categories of the Qualifiers will be invited to the finals.
Individual Athletes
There will be 3 qualification WODs which will be announced on 15/02/2020. All athletes must submit their scores until 29/02/2020,. The 315 best athletes of the qualifiers will be invited to Timisoara, Romania for the finals. Winners share a total cash prize of 14.400 euros.
Team Athletes
There is no qualification for the teams
The first 15 Elite Teams, 15 Scaled Teams and 15 Beginner Teams to register will be invited to Timisoara, Romania for the finals. Winners share a total cash prize of 4350 euros.
All individual athletes and all teams compete in all three days of the finals!
INDIVIDUAL DIVISIONS
Elite Men - Open for all ages - 40 spots
Elite Women - Open for all ages - 20 spots
Scaled Men - Open for all ages - 60 spots
Scaled Women - Open for all ages - 30 spots
Beginner Men - Open for all ages -40 spots
Beginer Women - Open for all ages -20 spots
Masters Men 35+ - must be 35 years + on or before the 19th of June 2020 - 15 spots
Masters Women 35+ - must be 35 years + on or before the 19th of June 2020 - 10 spots
Masters Men 40+ - must be 40 years + on or before the 19th of June 2020 -15 spots
Masters Women 40+ - must be 40 years + on or before the 19th of June 2020 - 10 spots
Masters Men 45+ - must be 45 years + on or before the 19th of June 2020 - 15 spots
Masters Women 45+ - must be 45 years + on or before the 19th of June 2020 - 10 spots
TEAM DIVISIONS
Team Elite - Teams consisting of 3 Male athletes - 15 Teams
Team Scaled - Teams consisting of 2 Male athletes and 1 Female athlete - 15 Teams
Team Beginner - Teams consisting of 2 Male athletes and 1 Female athlete -15 Teams
Participation in the Online qualifier and the On-site Finals is subject to payment of a registration fee. All payments are final. No refunds or transfers will be permitted, regardless of reason.
