Saturday April 18th, 2020 Bion CrossFit brings you the 1st Annual Fittest of the Southwest Partner Competition!

4 Wods - First 3 Wods will be Gauntlet Style!

What is Gauntlet Style? Gaunlet style in this case means the first 3 Wods will be done in 10 Minute increments. Example: 10 minute workout - 10 Minute Rest - 10 Minute workout - 10 Minute Rest - 10 Minute workout

 Divisions will be:

Rx M/M and Rx F/F

Adaptive M/M and F/F

Masters (40-49) M/M and F/F

Masters (50+) M/M and F/F

Scaled M/M and F/F

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Event 1 – “El Principio”

10 Minute Clock:

Masters M 40 – 49: Same as Rx Men

*teammates must choose one weight and use it with the time remaining - no changing weights after first lift
*barbells cannot be loaded until both teammates are back from the run

Part 1: – 10M Amrap of:
 
50c Assault Bike
35 Dumbbell Box Step Ups
20 Bar Muscle Ups (Masters 50+ and Scaled 20 Pullups any style)

Dumbbell Weights:

(Masters 50+ and Scaled 35/25)
 
*Dumbbell can be held anyway but must be above waist at all times
 
1 Minute to Transition to Snatch area
 
Event #3 - Part 2: 4 Minute Window
 
Find 1RM Snatch (any style)

*teammates have 4 minutes to Snatch total
*part 2 score is combined weight of 1 rep max snatches


*Event 3 will start 10 minutes after Event #2
