We're back for year 5 and it's going to be better than ever! We have a new location with a built in athlete area and more space!

We are sticking to the two division set, Scaled and Rx.There will be the following divisions:
Male/Male Rx
Female/Female Rx
Male/Male Scaled
Female/Female Scaled


If you are able to Rx the 2019 or 2020 CrossFit Open then you will be able to Rx this event. If you had to scale part of the 2019 CrossFit Open, then join us in the scaled division!


As always, our shirts are going to be epic, our WODs will be epic, and of course the trophies will be amazing!

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 6

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Heaviest Complex:

1 Clean (Squat or Power)
2 Front Squats

1 minute on 2 minutes rest.
Partner 1 will complete all three attempts and then partner 2 will complete their three attempts.
Score is total combined weights of partner 1’s heaviest completed weight + partner 2’s heaviest completed weight.
