The Vogue Fitness Member Throwdown is a fun and social competition open to all members of Vogue Fitness.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 12

1 KM RUN FOR TIME

1KM Staggered Weighted Team Run

Staggered team start, every 40 seconds 

 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

B. MAX DISTANCE ROW

8 Minutes Max Meter Row 

Every Team Member Must Row for 2 Minutes 

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Every 45 Seconds x 3

Complete a Max Clean

(Power/Squat/Hang Clean all accepted) 


Repeat per Team Member x 4 

 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better | Tiebreaker: Time at which 170 burpees completed

170 Syncro Burpees to Plate 


Pair 1 (M/F) 

In a 3 Minute Window: 

20 Syncro Goblet Squats 

20 Cals Ski Erg (Split work) 


In Remaining Time 

Max Effort Syncro Burpee to Plate 


Then Pair 2 proceeds (3 rounds per pair) 

Each team much tag their team mate before proceeding onto the competition floor at each 3 minute window

The athletes must stand on the box to finish the workout.
