Onsite Competition for Individuals and teams

Event description

Tents are allowed.
Feel free to bring your coolers (alcohol allowed but be safe)

We have water fountains on site as well as locker rooms. 

 

An email with details about parking and registration will be sent out the week of competition. 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

5 Minutes for Max Reps:
Burpees to Plate
*Males will be jumping to a 35/Ladies to a 25

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 10

3RFT: 10 Minute Cap
10 Devil Press
10 Box Jump Overs
50 Double Unders

RX - DP @ 50/35, BJO 24/20

Scaled & Masters - DP @ 35/25, BJO 24/20(will complete step overs). Masters will have the option to complete singles or DU's. Scaled will complete 75 Singles

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

In Sync Burpees to Plate
*Males will be jumping to a 35/Ladies to a 25
Athletes will have to make chest contact with the floor and have feet on the plate at the same time. 
*For example: If athlete one makes jumps to the plate before athlete two, they are to wait on the plate until their partner has both feet on the their plate.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 12

50 Devil Press
50 Box Jump Overs
300 Double Unders

RX - DP @ 50/35, BJO 24/20
