*it's really max seconds (not weight) Handstand Hold On (H2O) For one minute hold a handstand as many seconds as you can. You must stay inside the box. You may kick up as many times as needed. Judges will time the seconds that your feet are in the air so long as your hands don't leave the box. The Thirties chipper will begin immediately afterward.
