Same sex teams of two (rookie and intermediate divisions)

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 12

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Partner 1: 5 minutes to establish 2 rep max front squat from rack

Partner 2: 5 minutes to establish 2 rep max hang clean 

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 15

At 0: 

1 minute ME chest to bar push-ups
