This is a non refundable competition

please remember to bring things like lifting shoes, spare t-shirts, skipping ropes as you never know what will be included in the workouts. 

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

8 mins to accumilate each perosns heaviet lift. 

 

1 RM Snatch (Scale 1 power snatch +1 OHS)

 

 

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

At the end of the 8 mins of snatching accumilate 50 calories on the bike as quick as possible can be splkit anyway possible.   

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

As a team complete as many rounds as possible only one person working at a time in the 5 min time cap of:

5 MIN AMRAP

5 Double KB swings 24/16 

2 rope climbs 

5 box jumps 24/30
