Event description
WODtoberfest is a competitive event, but is focused on being fun for everyone. The programming will be manageable, but it will not be easy. This is a great first event if you want to test your fitness and try out the competitive side of our sport!

Substitutions allowed. Please notify organizers via email of changes before competition day.
There is plenty of parking in the parking lot if you come early. Extra parking is along the road on Stevens Road.
Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better | Tiebreaker: Max Burpees
Workout 1
EMOM Snatch Ladder 4 Burpees buy in each Min.
Tie breaker- On failed attempt, finish min. with max Burpees
Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

20 Clean and Jerk S: 55/95, I: 95/135, E: 115/185
